EleonDB provides informational content and tools related to Eleon Adventures (the “Service”). The Service may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use features that require an account or submission of personal data. You are responsible for account security and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use if account features are offered.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or overload our systems or networks.
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access in a way that impairs the Site or violates our robots.txt or rate limits.
• Misrepresent affiliation with EleonDB, the game, or its rights holders.
• Republish, mirror, or commercially reuse EleonDB data or substantial Site content without the attribution required below.

The Site’s layout, original text, and compiled data presentations are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Game-related names and assets remain property of their respective owners. You may not copy or redistribute substantial portions of the Site except as allowed by law, under the attribution license below, or with our written permission.

If you reproduce, republish, or build on EleonDB’s compiled data, guides, tools output, or other substantial Site content (including via scraping or AI-assisted copying), you must satisfy all of the following:

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELEONDB AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

You will defend and indemnify EleonDB and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
